Patient Access to GP Record

All practices are required to promote and offer the facility for patients to view online, export or print any summary information from their records relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and any other items agreed between the contractor and patient.

You will need to register online with SystemOne to be able to login and view this information - Ask at reception for details.
