Please note: To register you will need to come to the surgery between 9am and 5pm to complete all relevant forms and registration will take place whilst you are in the surgery -this could take up to 30 minutes so please allow this time. Registrations will NOT be completed unless you are able to wait.

Whilst here you will be offered to register for online services which will require ID.

If you are unable to attend between the allocated times please speak to a receptionist who will arrange for an allocated time to attend.
