Introducing Patient Partner
An automated telephone service that allows you to book, cancel and check your own appointments, any
time, night and day.
How do I use it?
All you need to use this new technology is a touch-tone telephone, your
contact telephone number and date of birth.
When you telephone the surgery, select the option for the Automated
Booking Service and then follow the simple instructions.
Remember, with this service you can telephone the surgery around the clock, 7 days a week.
Please note: You must inform the surgery if you change your contact telephone
numbers (your home and mobile).
It's simple to use, just listen and follow the options given to you. If you have any questions
regarding the service, you can still contact a member of staff using the same number.
