Should you wish to talk to the Doctor, they are usually
available between 11:00 and 11:15 am. At other
time they may be busy and the Reception Staff will suggest an alternative
time to ring, as interruptions during surgery are upsetting for both Doctors
and patients and for this reason the Reception Staff have been asked not to
disturb consultations with non-urgent telephone calls. Our lines are very
busy, especially between 8:00
and 11:00 am; please avoid telephoning between these hours unless it is
absolutely necessary.
