New Patient Registration
To register with the Practice you must
reside within the practice area. The Practice covers all of central
Warrington, shown in the shaded areas in the map below:

Please call at Reception if you are unsure -
the Staff will also be able to guide you on our registration procedure.
We like all new patients to have a health
check with the Nurse or Doctor within one month of applying. We cannot fully
register you with the Practice until this has been carried out. Prior to
your health check you can, of course, see the Doctor if you have an urgent
problem.
